Each day of the week will be dedicated to one chakra in our body. Chakras are spiritual energy centers within the human body, there are 7 main Chakras located along the spine. Each chakra represents color, sound, element and important life lessons that we need to learn and experience. We will move from the base chakra (muladhara) to the crown chakra (svadhisthana) and Connected between matter and spirit, sex and superconsciousness and bring them together as one.
Working with this order of the chakra system will help you understand and experience how sexual and spiritual energies are the same energies that connect you to your true soul essence. If we want to reach absolute freedom and eternal love it is important to open the full spectrum of who we are,including sensuality, sexuality, emotions and shadows that may be preventing us from reaching our full potential.
When we open ourselves and learn the lessons that are related to each chakra through tantric practices, we become aligned, vibrate with life force energy, free, connected to our life purpose and overflowing with love and joy in life.
With work in this order you will understand and experience how sexual and spiritual energies are the same energies that connect us to our true soul essence.

Venue And Accommodation
The group is 100% residential.
We require accommodation at the retreat center due to the tight schedule and creating deeper connections with the other participants and convenient free time for yourself.

The retreat will held from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm daily (except on the first and last day)
with breaks and enough free time for integration, going swimming in the ganga, to be in nature and rest.

Osho’s Maikada – Retreat Center
The aim in Osho Maikada is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, relaxed and blissful. A place where you can be yourself, Express, feel, dance, sing, connect to your truth essence and make deep meaningful connections with new friends. We will have vegetarian and / or vegan meals (depending on your choice) healthy, tasty, organic, refreshing, with a high frequency that will keep us full of energy throughout all day. We will be sharing space together in a beautiful idyllic resort in the yoga capital of India- Rishikesh. Next to the almighty Ganga so you will be able to experience the beautiful retreat sunsets every day. Osho Maikada found in the mountains in a beautiful place surrounded by lots of nature, fresh air and a sense of freedom and joy. The retreat center will be at our disposal, so we can feel free to do whatever we want and create a home and community for 6 days.
