Online Course Cancellation by Participant
Registrants may request a refund for any standalone online course by sending a request to mystichomosapiens@gmail.com within the late registration period noted on the course description page (typically seven (7) days after the start of the course). After the late registration period has ended, no refunds or transfers are provided for online courses.

Online Subscription Cancellation
Online subscriptions (for Retreat Online, for example) are billed monthly. Subscribers can cancel at any time. There are no refunds or transfers available for online subscriptions.
