You will need to rest your password in order to retrieve your  account. Navigate to Login to Your Account option and tap on the Forgot Password option. You will be asked to enter the Login Id/Username or your Registered Email Address (It should be same email address, the one you used to buy the course). You’ll receive a confirmation link in your email and you’ll be able to reset your password.

Login to your  account and from the Menu on the top right hand side, navigate to Hi //Your Name//, tap on to get more options and select “My Account”. Here you can edit your billing address.
