The group is recommended residential with option available to stay outside.
We require accommodation at the retreat centre due to the tight schedule and creating deeper connections with the other participants and convenient free time for yourself.

Meet Your Trainers
Acharya Shri Parveen Nair is a uniquely inspiring teacher who has refined his methods of teaching in the Advaita Vedanta school of thought. A Malaysian by birth, residing and teaching in the foot hills of the Himalayas, a travelling Yogi Shri Parveen is also a professionally trained classical dancer in classical Indian dance forms of Odissi and Bharathanatyam. Parveen brings something unique to the Yoga mat as he takes you through the somatic understanding of body mind integration and mindful alignment through the technique of embodied movements.
In Purusharth Men’s Retreat, Embodied Movements class with Parveen will focus on the dance of Masculinity with the grammar of Yoga asanas infused in a vinyasa style. This class is designed to bring out elements of the dancing Shiva and its relationship with the physical, pranic and emotional flow of the human body. The class begins with a practice of centering, followed by Natural body movements integrated with myofascial hydration. We explore asanas in different planes of movements. Recovery pattern to come back home to the Silence within. Overall participants will learn to find balance with their psychic, breath and mind.
Kuldeep Das AKA ( DevPrem ) is a certified clinical counsellor and an International Yoga, Tantra coach who believes in bringing science and spirituality together. His spiritual journey started as early as 2009 with various gurus where is learned and practised Yoga, Sufism, Buddhism, Taoism and Tantra.
He has quit his 15 years of MNC cooperate job as a VP IT delivery manager and followed his inner spiritual calling to travel and teach yoga for free while doing his Sadhana (Self-Practice). Seeking deeper understanding of yoga, he completed his Yoga certifications at Shivanda Uttarkashi in traditional Hatha and also in Vinyasa, YIN yoga.
Additional he is also trained in Yoga Nidra, Integral Anatomy, Embodied movements and Vipassana meditation. Dev is an embodiment of Tantra practice certificatied from Tantra-Essence By Ma Ananda Sarita who is a OSHO lineage.
He is now professionally travelling full-time across globe coaching hundreds of students in their spiritual journeys. Born into the land of Yogis and Tantriks he is grounded with the grate responsibility to live the ancient wisdom in the right way. Before healing others he has gone through various practice and training to cleanse, heal and uplift himself in the path of enlightenment. His Vision is to Spread bliss by embodying emotions through Tantra.
